Government officials highlighted the project’s strategic location near the airport as a game changer for both investors and residents. While developments around airports have traditionally faced challenges such as congestion and limited returns, CS Kabogo noted that DG JKIA offers a rare opportunity for high returns within four years.
“Companies and all involved in this project are making Nairobi look better,” Kabogo remarked, pledging to work with the Ministry of Transport to ensure better traffic flow between the airport and the site. “It should not take more than 10 minutes to get here from the airport, even if you miss a flight. Time is money, and this project reflects modern efficiency.”
For investors, DG JKIA promises strong ROI potential and hassle-free property management under seasoned hoteliers.
